    Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Rochester, New Hampshire.
    Must have 2+ years of experience.
    This contract pays approximately $11,913/month gross.

    Job responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
    Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
    Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
    Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
