- 5+ years of experience with logistics serving as an Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, or Senior Non-commissioned Officer at the Brigade level or above
- Experience with implementing logistics policy and procedures compliant with higher headquarters and service guidance
- Experience working in an Army Distribution Management Center (DMC), Support Operations Branch, or S4 at the Brigade level
- Experience with developing sustainment plans
- Experience with Army and Joint Doctrine and Training Policy
- Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to communicate and present written and orally at a level commensurate with a general officer staff
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above
- Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Knowledge of theater and advanced joint planning to shape and deliver desired plans
- Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy and USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
- Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or Battle Staff Course

As a Current Operations Logistics Plans and Operations Specialist, you'll support operations, bringing in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of logistics missions, processes, and culture. You'll apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. You'll develop innovative solutions to complex problems, work without considerable direction, and work with team members. On the team, you'll manage current operations planning and work towards synchronizing planning efforts across Army Staff, Joint Staff, and operational units. You'll coordinate and synchronize within the organization, draft internal and external taskings, write operation orders, and other relative activities as required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
