    SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    As the Senior Property Accountant, you will review and finalize financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end financials. You will also act as a team lead, supervising Staff Accountants to perform all accounting functions as required while meeting appropriate deadlines.     QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
    • 4+ years of progressive, full-cycle accounting experience
    • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 1+ years of experience as a team lead
    • Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) preferred
    • Start-up operation and construction invoicing
    • Multi-location accounting experience
    Familiarity with commercial real estate, construction/development, or car wash accounting is a plus but not required. You should also be able to demonstrate above-average attention to detail with a strong commitment to completing tasks on time.

    WORK SCHEDULE

    This position is full-time and onsite daily. Our typical office hours are between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
