Responsibilities:

GLOTECH is searching for a Statistical Programmer to work in a collaborative team environment on a contract with the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) located in Bethesda, MD. This position is expected to have a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote (3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week).

The successful candidate will perform the below responsibilities:

Program in SAS to prepare existing data sets for data sharing. The ability to write SAS macros is a plus.
Provide data management support for research projects at NICHD.
Identify data containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) per the DASH website criteria.
Document studies and data sets to prepare for data sharing per the DASH website criteria.
Present results to the client.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in statistics, epidemiology, computer science or related discipline.
Proficient programming skills in SAS is a must, as well as experience with/knowledge of manipulating, managing and documenting health study data.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while having the flexibility of working both collaboratively and independently.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this position
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government level security clearance prior to hire.
