Looking for a Part-Time Line Cook to join our crew We are a small locally owned pub in St Charles with 74 seats inside and 24 out on our patio.

Our kitchen is a scratch kitchen and we make 99% of our menu in house.

We believe in fresh ingredients and meals being made at the time of what does that really mean? Here are a few examples:

We patty our own fresh hamburgers, hand batter our cod, chicken tenders, boneless wings at the time of the order.

We hand batter our onion rings, fried pickles which are fresh and not a frozen product. Same with our soups and chili's - these are house made as we are a kitchen.
