• Traveler will be required to float between Iowa Methodist Medical Center & Iowa Lutheran Hospital.

• ILH 12 BEDS, IMMC 23 BEDS (ILH has capped beds currently)

N:P ratio:

• IMMC Day 4.5, Eve 4.5 Night 7.6 (Max Ratio Day 6 and Night 9) ILH Day/Night 6

• Acute Rehab patient population can be: Spinal cord injury, brain injury, oncology, limb loss, trauma/ortho, general debilitation. Nurses with Acute Rehab background or Med-Surg background are the most successful with our population.
