- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to provide accurate and competitive quotes on packaging development requests (boxes and partitions) in a timely manner.
- Quote process can be for new development or repetitive orders;
- Consult several Suppliers and follow up closely with them;
- Obtain competitive offers and provide formal quotes to Sales and Customer Service
- Controls the accuracy and conformity of the Sales Orders (control of order approval status, prepayment status (if applicable), quantity, delivery dates, references, pricing,...
- Prepares and issues purchase orders and agreements in collaboration with the Account
- Works with Supplier to ensure production timelines are correct and be delivered on time;
- Performs goods receipt and goods issue as needed
- Responsible for coordinating new product development activities to ensure realistic timelines while keeping Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics team updated:
- Strong force in reviewing customer specifications and proposing solutions as needed
- Approval of sizing samples Controls the accuracy and conformity of the Sales Orders
- Approval of artwork and color approval (Printcard and Drawdown)
- Maintain the Fast Movers list for our warehouses by evaluating frequency and quantity of items to determine addition or removal;
- Helps with the sale and promotion of the Fast Movers by carefully and accurately replenishing the inventory levels of each item per warehouse based on sales and forecasts;
- Effectively communicates about customer demands with Sales and Customer Service teams;
- Authorized to replenish inventory without a confirmed sales order through precise sales history analysis.

- In case of quality issue will work with Supplier and Inventory Management team to resolve as needed:
- Create claim and track KPI in database
- Work with Supplier to get preventive and corrective action plan
- Track cost and seek reimbursements in timely manner
