Description

As an AI/ML Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models to support a variety of government applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for AI/ML integration, and deliver solutions that meet our clients' needs.

This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects at the intersection of technology and national security, and to collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with government clients to understand their requirements and objectives for AI/ML solutions.
Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns using advanced machine learning techniques.
Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific problems and address critical challenges.
Implement and optimize AI/ML solutions using programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikitlearn.
Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI/ML models into existing systems and applications.
Conduct testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance in realworld scenarios.
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and technology trends, and evaluate their potential applications for government use cases.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI/ML best practices, methodologies, and tools to internal teams and government stakeholders.
Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal writing, and technical presentations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science roles.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn, or Keras.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML development and deployment.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
