    TeamHealth currently has a full-time (FT), part-time (PT) and PRN openings for an emergency medicine (EM) physician for UT Health Pittsburg in Pittsburg, Texas. Qualified candidates must be board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or ABOEM) or internal medicine/family practice with emergency medicine experience.

    • Level IV Trauma
    • Level III stroke support facility designated by the Texas Department of State Health Services
    • Emergency room nurses with Trauma Nursing Core Courses (TNCC) and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
    • Diagnostic services featuring X-ray, ultrasound, CT with iDose radiation reduction and other imaging modalities when needed
    • Laboratory services on-site
    • Private treatment rooms
    • Transfer to UT Health Tyler Level I trauma center, if higher level of care is needed
