ABOUT THE JOB

At our Poplar Bluff location, our focus lies in manufacturing curved hoses of all sizes and dimensions. These hoses are crafted from raw materials, heated, and shaped around a metal mandrel to fulfill specific orders. Once completed, the hoses are branded with the Gates logo and distributed globally to our customers.

A Production Worker at our facility may be involved in areas such as Extrusion, Finishing, or Knitting. Their responsibilities include equipment setup and operation, quality checks, interpreting prints and specifications, managing work schedules, and assisting in various tasks as required.

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Monday - Friday)

ABOUT YOU

• Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting objects weighing up to 40 lbs
• Available to work 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime, while maintaining regular attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality standards
• Strong communication skills to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
• Basic proficiency in reading, math, computer operations, and measurements
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment may have moderate to high noise levels, and temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions. Gates adheres to OSHA standards, requiring employees to wear steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
