Description

Our line cooks work one station, but we want you to know all four, Pizza, Grill, Sautee and Fryer. We will train you on each station once you fully understand the station you're hired for. Do not sacrifice quality for speed nor speed for quality. We constantly strive for perfection. If it is not perfect, we remake it. We expect extreme consistency so we will teach you how we do it. We joke, laugh, and have fun but we handle our business. There is no yelling or screaming in our kitchens. Everyone one picks each other up. If your station is slow and another is slammed, help your teammate out. We succeed or fail as one. Punctuality, honesty, work ethic, reliability, and accountability are the key traits in our kitchen teammates. Your team needs to know you have their back. Its loud, hot, and very fast on the line. You must be able to maintain your composure back there.

We are a scratch kitchen and if we do not make it here, we use a local purveyor that prepares it for us (pasta, butcher, seafood).

We do not take short cuts. We are a growing company so there is plenty of room for growth.
