    Job SummaryDirect Edge Media is seeking a Project Manager with extensive print production experience to oversee all aspects of print projects, from estimation to delivery.

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstimate, plan, execute, monitor, and control print projects.
    Develop production specifications, hardware needs, and production plans.
    Create accurate job estimates based on project specifications.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    Manage customer communication and support as needed.
    Monitor quality, schedule, and costs throughout the project.
    Utilize internal estimating and production software proficiently.
    Conduct file management tasks and provide updates as needed.
    Continuously expand print production knowledge and skills.


    Requirements:

    Qualifications Education, Experience, License/Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    Extensive experience in print production, preferably in an advertising agency, design firm, or printing company.
    Proficiency with print production methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
    Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, PDFs, Excel, Word, and design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Experience with a wide range of print production methods and materials.
    Familiarity with finishing, bindery, fabrication, and installation processes.
    Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
    Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
    Continual learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.


    Compensation:
    The base compensation range for this full-time position is $66,560 - $75,000 per year plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position.
