    Description
    General Purpose

    Responsible for many important areas of quality customer care.


    Customer Service:
     Welcome /greet visitors, determine nature and purpose of visit, provide them with information and access to helpful resources. Direct or escort them to specific destinations. Process paperwork for various registrations.

     Answer phones and provide information, scheduling appointments. Direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.


    Marina & Retail Operations:
     Pump gas at marina boat dock

     Monitor ingress / egress of boats at boat ramp including verification of current year licensing and decontamination.

     Perform stocking duties including rotating products, dusting and facing merchandise in small retail store.

     Maintenance duties around marina grounds.

     Process sales transactions and accept payments.

     Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.

     Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change as needed.

     Reconcile cash drawer and sales receipts.

     Generate reliable and accurate till reports, ensuring the money matches the report and is stored safely.

     Administer LOC operator's license written tests.


    Administrative Duties:
     Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.

     Maintain a clean and organized working environment by wiping down registers, counters, phones, etc.

     Operating office equipment including phones, computers, Point of Sale system, printers, copiers, fax machine.

     Report issues with equipment.

     Collecting, filing and organizing office documents.

     Manage digital document filing and email correspondence.

     Provide support / other duties as assigned or directed by marina lead or management.

    Compensation and Benefit Package


    • Salary – $16 - $18
    • Paid Sick Time is accrued at hours for each hour worked, up to 40 hours.
    • Hours – based on seasonal marina hours. (Primarily Sunday – Wednesday)
