We are seeking an excellent customer service professional to join our team at BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Port Washington, WI. As a Veterinary Receptionist,you will be responsible for greeting clients warmly while maintaining a calm demeanor during difficult situations.You will assess each client's needs immediately upon arrival,determine whether an emergency requires immediate attention or standard care,and respond to non-patient calls or visitors by connecting them with appropriate team members.
