    Job Description Summary:

    Responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Develop an operational year plan for the manufacturing activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and control the production process including tooling, fixtures, and equipment
    • Define alternative routings for products to accommodate capacity and capability, support planning and production team.
    • Establish manufacturing process time (routings) for all manufacturing areas. Responsible for the accuracy of the routings in ERP.
    • Analyze product cost and provide support for process improvement initiatives to reduce it.
    • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment.
    • Leads a project with a budget of up to $ 1.0 million.
    • Support continuous improvement activities: KAIZEN, Six Sigma, 6S.
    • Define Manufacturing Methods and provide training for the manufacturing team on the newly developed Methods. Periodically evaluate manufacturing Methods and update as needed.
    • Review manufacturing nonconformance and provide support to identify the root cause and for the rework process.
    • Follows HSE requirements and helps implement them in standard manufacturing processes
    • Follows QMS requirements
    • Follows Company's Compliance requirements.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
    • Experience with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software
    • Experience within the oil & gas manufacturing industry is preferred but not required
    • Lean & Six Sigma previous experience preferred
