Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess patients' visual health.
• Detect signs of disease and diagnose sight problems.
• Presume corrective lenses as appropriate, and prescribe medications for ocular diseases and disorders.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, products, services to promote visual health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optometry, excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills. They should also possess in-depth knowledge of eye-related disorders and conditions.

• A graduate degree from an accredited school of optometry (O.D.) with valid Maine license required; preferred minimum 2 years' experience as Optometrist.
