Our client specializes in high-frequency quantitative trading and low-latency market making, aiming to gain a competitive edge through custom hardware enabling rapid access to market data and trade execution. Ultra-low latency hardware ensures that trading algorithms process real-time data swiftly, optimizing profitability by minimizing delays and reducing the risk of order rejection. This team designs, develops, tests, and deploys bespoke chips, including FPGAs and ASICs, tailored for trading applications.
The role entails full-cycle chip development, maximizing trading speed through custom hardware solutions. Responsibilities include designing, testing, and rapidly deploying new chips, leveraging reusable IP and working with FPGAs and ASICs. Collaboration with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams is key to optimizing trading pathways for speed and profitability.
