- Spearhead the development of a solo endocrinology service line, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of the community and establishing a lasting impact on patient care.
- Manage a wide variety of endocrine conditions, including diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, and gestational), thyroid diseases, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic diseases.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as thyroid ultrasounds, biopsies, and interpret imaging studies to assess and diagnose endocrine disorders.
- Work closely with other specialties, including family medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, and nephrology, to manage complex, comorbid patient cases and provide holistic care.
- Educate patients on managing chronic endocrine conditions, focusing on lifestyle modifications and the importance of medication adherence.
