    What Product Systems Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health

    Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.

    Product System Analysis serves as a liaison between the business and IT to align product strategies and capabilities, also providing technical business specifications to IT. This job family identifies and analyzes product needs, defines requirements, objectives, and participates in the solutions making process. This job family optimize business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology and product solution.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary POC for solution defects specific to SAP/Vistex pricing
    • Manage priority list for enhancements and medium and low priority defects
    • Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work efforts during Governance meetings
    • Develop and Grow Super User Community
    • Coordinate with OCM to develop and deploy training
    • Develop Community of Practice
    • Optimizes business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology solution
    • Change management and communication
    • Develop and identify metrics to quantify business process improvement
    • Liaison with appropriate solution Run owner
    • Support the development of business requirements
    • Ensure business users and IT are focused on driving value creation and business process improvement through the efficient use of provided IT solutions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
    • 5-8 years of professional experience preferred
    • Deep functional knowledge of the capabilities of SAP/Vistex preferred
    • Experience working with business partners to identify and scope opportunities for technology and process improvement
    • Strong influence skills and proven success in forming partnerships with stakeholders preferred
    • Analytical and Word Processing skills: MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
    • Presentation: Must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation and associated economics preferred

    Anticipated salary range: $102,000 - $145,700
