    INSIDE SALES / Operations Management (ISOM)

    Pay: $20-$22.50/hr

    Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (but will go to 7:30am-5pm after the evaluation period)

    The Inside Sales / Operations Management (ISOM) will oversee inventory, expenses & customer satisfaction. IS/OM is also responsible for counter sales, minimizing all inventory discrepancies along with managing our branch location expenses to minimize loss, maximize operational revenue and for managing all order fill rates and on-time deliveries.

    Job Duties & Requirements

    • Obtain ongoing product knowledge through vendor sponsored and self-directed training.
    • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
    • Manage daily operations of the Distribution Center to assure meeting/exceeding all established revenue goals
    • Monitor the quality, quantity and efficiency of the movement and storage of all inventories, including cycle counts, to ensure all deliveries are met
    • Communicate with vendors and receive, process, and expedite customer orders and quotations as required
    • Communicate with all members of sales, management, and support staff for assurance that all growth initiatives are met
    • Analyze monthly inventory reports for assurance that all GMROI and targeted turn ratios are met
    • Responsible for assuring health and safety procedures are adhered to by all associates
    • Manage our Customer Relations Management System (CRM) on a weekly basis
    • Manage facility and equipment maintenance. Assure that warehouse and office are clean
    • Run open order / branch order reports for review
    • General office duties including: balancing petty cash, writing checks, balancing check book
    • Resolve employee disputes or refer the dispute to H/R
    • Foster a professional environment based on team work and mutual respect with fellow employees of all levels
    • Assist with warehouse duties as needed including pulling orders, packaging of material, finding misplaced inventory, unloading and loading of trucks, and stock

    Salary range is $42.5k - $47.5k/annual, pending experience
