- IT Operations Manager
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of their Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related processes.
- As a SACM Manager, you will be accountable for the governance and maintenance of the CMDB, configuration identification and control, and collaboration with IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Service Management teams.
- Accountable for the global strategy for IT Asset Management and Configuration Management programs, processes, standards, and technologies.
- Accountable for fostering collaboration with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) teams to integrate configuration management practices into operational and asset management processes.
- Accountable for developing and maintaining reporting mechanisms to provide insights into the state of the CMDB, configuration item relationships, and adherence to configuration management processes.
- Specialized knowledge of defining, documenting, and implementing Asset Management and Configuration Management processes for both hardware and software CIs.
- Experience with IT Service Management toolsets (e.g. ServiceNow, Microsoft SCCM).
