    We are seeking a mid-level/senior-level associate for our New York City (Midtown Manhattan)

    The ideal candidate will have 3 - 8 years (classes of experience in technology transactions and licensing. We preferred candidates have experience with some or all of the following: commercial transactions, data privacy, cybersecurity, life science transactions, including drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply and other operational agreements (e.g., Confidential Disclosure Agreements/Non-disclosure agreements (CDAs/NDAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Sponsored Research Agreements (SRAs), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), etc.), and product purchase and sale agreements. Sophisticated transaction support includingSpecial Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), Financings, Projects, and M&A is helpful.

    Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. New York State Bar is required.

    All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.

    Candidates must also be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the hire date to be eligible for starting in the role. Proof of vaccination will be required. Am Law 100/200 firms will make reasonable accommodations based on medical conditions or religious grounds for qualified candidates.
