- Analyze data to reduce fraud and shrink.
- Analyze POS (point of sale) transactional activity details.
- Collect, identify and isolate possible fraudulent activity.
- Identify operational issues relating to shrink.
- Review electronic journals, data maintenance reports, accounting functions and security reports.
- Maintain data and summarize findings.
- Assist and communicate to stores on training opportunities identified.
- Maintain database of projects and provide on-going data comparisons
- 2 - 4 year college degree and/or 3 - 5 years store experience
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Must be proficient in computer programs including Excel, Word and Google Drive
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, but in an efficient and controlled manner.
- Analytical thinking
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work under limited supervision
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude.
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
