1-Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
2-Provide specialized wound care treatments, including wound cleansing, dressing changes, and wound vac therapy.
3-Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and self-management practices.
4-Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
5-Maintain accurate documentation of wound assessments, interventions, and patient progress in electronic medical records.
