    Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) interested in providing top-notch nursing care within Avera's patient-centered environments.

    Position Highlights:

    • May be eligible for a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
    • Student Loan Repayment: This RN role may qualify for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, assisting in loan repayment and savings. Avera provides an additional payment of $167 monthly (up to $10,000), expediting the reduction of your principal balance.

    Job Summary

    • Responsibilities include delivering professional RN nursing care according to Avera McKennan standards aligned with ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.

    Education and/or Experience

    • Preferably a graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program. Graduates from an approved nursing program will also be considered.
    • A Bachelor's degree in nursing is a plus.

    Licensure/Certification/Registration

    • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in South Dakota or hold multi-state licensure. Additionally, a Minnesota RN license may be required based on patient/job assignment.

    Work Schedule

    • Monday-Friday; 80 hours over 2 weeks

    Pay

    The hourly rate for this position is as follows, dependent on experience:

    • $39.25 per hour
