- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field

Under the supervision of the Employee Engagement Manager, the specialist will play a critical role in fostering a positive and healthy work environment at Family & Children's Services. The Specialist will support the implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being. The specialist will support wellness strategies by assisting in administering and maintaining wellness challenges, activities, and materials. Specialists will also be responsible for supporting the administration of student loan repayment programs. The specialist will support onboarding and orientation activities through the maintenance of materials and support of the agency's onboarding program and positions.
