• PMHNP can see all kids if desired (ages 5 18)
• PMHNP can see mix of Kids/Adults if preferred
• Kids 60 min evals/30 min med mgmt
• Adults 60 min evals/20 min med mgmt.
• Join a team of 5 MD's and 12+ PMHNP's

-1 Hour Admin Time Daily

• See approximately 12 14 patients/day

• Flex Scheduleof 5(8's) or 4(10's) flex start time
• In Clinic Role
• NOT Tele-Health
• Call is optional and available for additional compensation
• Federal Loan Repay location

-$143K plus (DOE) + Benefits + Loan Repay

OR
Holyoke, MA - PMHNP - PT or FT- O/P - All ages - Up To $85/hour

• Holyoke just 10 miles N of Springfield and 25 miles N of Hartford

• Flex Schedule
• Work 2 Days/week to Five Days/week (8's) or (10's)
• FT Option may be available

• Non Profit
• Community Mental Health Agency

-2 + Years PMHNP experience required

• Spanish a plus
• PMHNP to see patients across the lifespan

-60 min evals and 20/30 min mgmt. (adults/kids)

• Join a team of MD's and NP's
• See approximately 12 14 patients/day

-$75-$85/hr (DOE)
