We are a residential certified facility licensed and Joint Commission accredited. Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City offers adolescents residential services. We are seeking individuals to join our team who is committed to improving the lives of who's impacted by mental illness.

    Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City is in Arkansas and is daily committed to improving our residents' lives by using a resident centered collaborative approach to provide high quality care addressing both the mental health and physical wellbeing of our residents.     The Registered Nurse's responsibilities include some of the following:
    • Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents
    • Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident's care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan
    • Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident
    • Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents
    • Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights
    • Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and the staff of the Facility

    Please apply if you have the following qualifications for the Registered Nurse includes the following:
    • Must be licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas
    • Preferably with 1 to 2 years hospital experience in a behavioral health setting but willing to hire new graduates too
