- Must have 5+ years of total experience diagnosing and repairing class 8 trucks in regards to: engines, transmissions, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, hydraulic systems, brakes, steering, lift systems.
- Must be familiar with use of diagnostic tools: scan tools, multimeters, pressure gauges, and computerized diagnostic software.
- Must have good problem solving and customer service skills to determine repair options, provide estimates to customers, and address any questions/concerns they may have.
