    H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Senior SharePoint Architect/Engineer with experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform.

    This role will serve as a technical advisor to the Navy, develop technical briefs, training slides, policies, processes, and procedures, including other technical advisory support related to SharePoint Online.

    This role additionally requires SharePoint Migration support for Navy customers transitioning from various on-premises to cloud enabled environments.

    This work will include assisting the customer's organization to identify, capture, catalog, classify, retrieve, and share intellectual capital and information content.

    An understanding of Content Management, Knowledge Management, and Records Management is required for this role.

    This position will provide support to the Navy's Microsoft 365 program (Flank Speed) effort to deploy M365 services to the entire Navy.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for work in all aspects of configuring, deployment, management, and support of the SharePoint Online and Power Platform areas of M365.

    SharePoint Online support may also require supporting and assisting with the migration of data to OneDrive. The Power Platform activity will support Power Automate, PowerApps, and PowerBI, including configuring workspaces and supplementary objects.

    The Senior SharePoint Architect/Engineer responsibilities will include:
    ·

    Communicate with customers, clients, and users of various cloud-based and on-prem systems to enable a productive work experience
    ·

    Provide configuration recommendations to the government for setting up the environment to meet multiple sets of requirements to have the greatest and most secure set of capabilities
    ·

    Develop plans for implementing features and deploying it to a user-base of over 400,000 users
    ·

    Perform in various sized teams from 1 to 40+ personnel to accomplish tasks
    ·

    Operate in an Agile environment that changes rapidly to meet the most immediate needs of the Navy.
    ·

    Extract metrics and reporting through various methods (APIs, PowerShell, CLI, etc) to produce executive-level reports on the consumption and usage of services
    ·

    Document actions and successes to show constant progress towards meeting goals
    ·

    Build executive briefs to rapidly explain technical progress and potential issues to a broad audience with varying levels of technical knowledge
    ·

    Coordinate with customer's stakeholders to schedule meetings and appointments with the customer
    ·

    Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences
    ·

    Support/troubleshoot issues with SharePoint Online and the Power Platform from on various networks within a secure computing environment with limited tool and capabilities

    Requirements:
    Active Secret Clearance
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of practical experience in SharePoint Administration or 10+ years of practical experience in leu of 4-year degree
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Experience supporting the Microsoft SharePoint and/or Power Platform environments. Experience in both is preferred, but extensive experience in one with a willingness to learn the other will be considered
    Experience in the migration of SharePoint content from legacy SharePoint Server (SPS) to SharePoint Online (SPO)
    Experience building sites and using webparts to create visually appealing pages for user consumption
    Experience developing governance and policy for SharePoint Online and/or the Power Platform
    Experience migrating sites and data to SharePoint Online from legacy SharePoint sites and drive-based file stores (with or without 3rd party tools)
    Experience dealing with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or similar sensitive content and knowledge of configuring SharePoint Online to securely support such content

    Preferred Skills:
    ·

    Ability to develop in SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
    ·

    Experience in developing business solutions in Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft PowerBI
