    Job Title: Catheterization Lab RN - Travel Nurse

    TotalMed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing position in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an expert Cardiac Cath Lab RN to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.

    • Able to learn complex technologies effectively;
    • Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization as a way to diagnose heart conditions or as a treatment;
    • Perform angioplasties, valvuloplasties, and stent placements,
    • Help implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs).

    The ideal candidate should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, lean without difficulty. Additionally,
    patient lifting may require uploading patients weighing up tp 50 pounds at times due because the fast-paced environment demands stress coping skills ability.
    Pacemaker implants include placing devices under patient skin where they remain until it stops functioning preventing arrhythmias usually within five hours before needing another procedure done again once every three months.
