Role is on-site in Camarillo, CA.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Will supervise (3) employee's.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the electronics industry and 5 years overall quality experience. Experience working in the technical aspects of QA or Reliability as a QE, Reliability Engineer or QA Analyst is required.

• A Bachelors degree is desired although not required if the candidate has a large amount of experience working in the more technical aspects of Quality Assurance.

• Excellent written and oral skills are a must. This position requires communicating with new and existing customers to help the company secure new business.

• Being a team player and flexible in approaches to meeting ISO9001:2015 requirements are of high importance.

• Knowledge of the current MIL standards for different processes (i.e. Wire Bonding, Die Attach, etc.) and testing is required.
