    • Role Models Culture of C.A.R.E.

    • Supports the development and implementation of patient experience-based programs, projects, and improvements.
    • Gathers information to prepare presentations, documents, and reports.
    • Demonstrates a basic understanding of collecting and interpreting patient experience feedback, data, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborates with site-based leadership to promote the patient experience strategic plan.
    • Participates in patient experience improvement efforts; supports meetings and events.
    • Coordinates educational and training programs for patient experience culture engagement.
    • Provides emotional support to patients, families, visitors, and team members.
    • Performs service recovery and follows policies/procedures regarding concerns and complaints.
    • Operates under general guidance with varied work assignments requiring interpretation and independent decisions.
    • Perform related duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
    • LMSW or LCSW strongly preferred.
