    HR) is hiring a Financial Analyst in what Nashville, TN or Scottsdale, AZ.

    This position will work with the Financial Planning and Analysis ("FP&A") team and will provide analysis and reporting on a regular basis and will be involved in the budgeting and forecasting process.

    The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and able to work as part of a dynamic team in an evolving environment.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Preparation of recurring reporting and analysis for the company
    Preparation of information that is included in the Supplement, 10-K and 10-Q
    High level of participation in the budgeting and forecasting process
    Preparation of ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support business leaders
    Support process improvements, including creation of standard and ad hoc reports
    Perform other duties as assigned

    Skills And Requirements

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field
    1 to 2 years' experience in an FP&A or Accounting position is preferred
    Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
    Excellent deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively summarize and present results of analysis/research
    Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    Team player with a willingness to help department meet goals and responsibilities
    Ability to work with individuals of varying levels of responsibility across various departments within the company
