    What Would You Do? The right candidate will be responsible for assisting Fleet & Commercial Sales in both managing and transporting vehicles.

    They will coordinate the pickup or delivery of inventory to/from wherever assigned.

    This position will ensure new inventory is documented appropriately and will assist the sales team in various reporting processes to automotive manufacturers.

    This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

    What will you be responsible for?* Assigns manufacturer invoices with stock numbers and inputs into the dealer management system with descriptions and prices.


    • Keeps invoice books up to date and controls new inventory flow in both fleet and retail sales offices.
    • Applies for fleet monies for fleet sales, ensuring accounting to correct unit & forms are accurate & complete.
    • Applies for business choice incentive from the General Manager (GM) when work has been completed and invoices have been closed for either upfit or accessory programs.
    • Submits for Co-Op monies, tracks payments until completed, and applies rebate schedule.
    • Schedules and dispatches drivers for pickup and delivery of inventory as needed.
    • Assigns purchase orders for upfits, parts, and accessories that are added to inventory.
    • Gives weight slips to titles.
    • Reconciles Buick & GMC rebate schedule each week, & reconciles holdback schedule each month.
    • Hires, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all drivers. Calculates and submits paysheets to payroll bi-weekly.
    • Submits DRAC units to the GM, keeps records of all units in DRAC; tracks dates and miles, and reconciles with the bill of sale.
    • Submits for trucks from pool companies and assign bodies.
    • Print placed orders for Buick & GMC weekly and file in invoice books for fleet & retail.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned. What is the necessary education & experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Associate or bachelor's in related field is preferred.
    • 1+ years of supervisory experience is required.
    • 5+ years of previous experience in automotive sales is required. What are the total Rewards?
