- Drive the ambitious strategy and execution of GEHA's cyber-information security plan

- Develop, manage & communicate the cyber – information security roadmap to leadership
- Develop and manage an overarching, common risk-based approach to guide prioritization of security activities
- Develop formalized security governance, risk management, compliance, and metrics programs
- Define ambitious, measurable goals, objectives, and identify metrics and solutions that show impact and progress over time
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Information Technology, Cloud and Platforms, Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal, Privacy, and Internal Audit) to deliver effective business processes.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to stakeholders including customers, executives, peers, and employees
- Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security risk management program, and a cloud first approach
- Develop and enhance an information security management framework
- Understand and interact with related disciplines to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.
- Knowledge of enterprise computer security.
- Experience with Cloud computing across virtualized environments.
- Experience with low code/no code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
- Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class
- 8+ years of experience in Information Security Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- 3+ years in cross-functional management roles.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional Years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills of teams across multiple geo-locations
- Proven track record in building and leading a high-performing security team
- Demonstrated expertise of building a consensus across business partners and technology leaders, and influencing successful outcomes
- Proven track record of being results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict
- Demonstrated experience delivering large transformations or change management initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build adaptable, flexible processes and frameworks
- Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
- Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
- Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

As a critical partner and enabler to the security, technology and business functions, the Manager of Cyber-Information Security team is responsible for providing frameworks, tools, and processes to drive risk-informed, business focused prioritization and ensure effective governance and adherence to regulations/laws and control frameworks.
