As a Billing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing operations of the company, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with billing regulations.

You will manage a team of billing specialists, provide training and guidance, and monitor performance.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues, implement improvements to the billing process, and maintain effective communication with clients and insurance providers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of billing procedures and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in billing for Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Part B/Primary Care.

At least 3 years' background in healthcare, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing a medical billing team.

Must hold a billing certification - CPC, CCS, CCA or CMC.

Experience managing a billing team.

Strong knowledge of billing procedures and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.)

Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
