Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Operations Assistant to join our team In this role, you will be assisting our Operations team with of their functions, ensuring smooth operations downstream. This role offers the chance to sharpen your administrative expertise while supporting a thriving workplace that values professionalism, efficiency, and positive communication.
**Role is in office and is part-time. We are starting with 10-15 hours currently and there is opportunity for more**
Main Responsibilities (but , not limited to...)
- Inventory Management for installations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our systems for clients and task lists.
- Work on Purchase Orders - closing and correcting where needed
- Assist with filing
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and managing correspondence to keep office operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi task and is organized
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional office manner
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Work Location: In person
