How You'll Perform the RoleThis position is for a hands-on Engineering, Maintenance, & Reliability Leader, and requires a strong mechanical/electrical, LEAN background with experience managing maintenance in a Total Productive Maintenance environment.
Responsible for facility management and property upkeep. Responsible for all maintenance programs including. The installation and repair of all machinery / equipment. Organizing and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Maintaining compliance with EPA record keeping and reporting. Controlling and improving the plant's repair / maintenance spending. Maintaining an effective maintenance management system and repair parts inventory control system through MP2 / Maximo / COUPA. Developing a repair and maintenance budget. Ensuring all applicable permits and regulatory compliance are current. Developing and implementing the annual capital project budget. Provide technical recommendations and implementations for continuous improvement in plant production processes. Supervise maintenance supervisor directly along with any indirect technicians. Manage Controls Technician's and Controls Engineer. Providing a clear strategy for training of all maintenance personnel. Manage the ET R&D testing area. What We Need From You Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Technical Discipline). Several years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical and manufacturing process skills/experience. Must have experience supporting and leading Lean manufacturing activities. Analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving techniques/tools. Data-driven, disciplined, objective and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, "see the big picture," and work through ambiguity and change.Advanced computer knowledge with MS Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.) and other computer tools and software and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Must be willing to travel to the Company's manufacturing sites to support projects and initiatives.
