- Lead the design and development of integrated testing and QA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to high-quality standards.
- Implement DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
- Develop and support automated testing frameworks and scripts to ensure software quality.
- Facilitate Agile QA practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions still are relevant and competitive.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years as a Programmer Analyst or similar role.
- 3+ years working with Python.
- 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- 3+ years working in Agile environments.
- Certified Project and/or Program Manager
- Strong experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Mural, Slack, Outlook.
- Development Tools: GitHub & Jenkins.
- Mainframe integration experience.

Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a Lead Programmer Analyst who is well-versed in software test engineering, including mainframe computing and modern cloud computing infrastructures
Overview:
The Lead Programmer Analyst should have experience working on a team dedicated to Software Test Engineering, Performance Test Engineering, and Test Automation. The Lead Programmer Analyst should have a strong background in DevOps, Automated Testing, and Agile QA methodologies. This role will lead software engineering efforts aimed to enable test automation and quality assurance capabilities. The successful candidate will assess, optimize and support Integrated System Testing of multiple applications.
