A great UHY client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who can partner and strategize with the plant manager and be a solid leader for the HR Teams.

The Senior HR Manager role is an onsite position with flexibility. This is a client direct hire position.

SR HR Manager Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and retention.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in collaboration with leadership.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth and succession planning.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and guidance to plant leadership and supervisors on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development.
Lead and mentor the HR team at the facility, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Sr HR Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Previous HR management experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday or Oracle HCM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and develop a team
Experience with talent acquisition and performance management
Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
