The Opportunity:

As a DevOps engineer, you're eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client's needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities.
We need you to develop container management software to solve some of our clients' toughest challenges.As a senior platform DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-forward change.
On our team, you'll hone your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client's environment with current container software to ensure seamless orchestration.
Using your DevOps platform experience, you'll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.
You'll recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you'll continue to strengthen your DevOps skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms.Work with us to use cloud platform technology for good.

You Have:
8+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments8+ years of experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, containers, serverless architecture, micro-services, Web services, and RESTful API designExperience with deploying Azure services using Infrastructure-as-Code technologiesExperience with the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevOps and continuous delivery environment using automated deployment and testing frameworksExperience with deploying CI/CD solutions to Cloud-based environments supporting a continuous integration and development and continuous delivery and release workflowExperience with developing API solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code and Cloud-oriented strategiesExperience working within an Agile and version-controlled environmentActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor's degreeNice If
You Have:
Experience with development languages to build, troubleshoot, and deploy CI/CD artifacts to production environmentsExperience with cloud development platforms, including AWS and GCPExperience with multiple CI/CD and Agile Development tools, including GitLab, Atlassian, and JenkinsExperience with deploying and managing logging and monitoring solutions supporting rapid deploymentsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree in Associate Cloud or Development TechnologiesClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
