    Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Development Manager to support an enterprise-level client in Coppell, TX.

    This is a very urgent need. Candidate must be able to work W2 without sponsorship, and must be local to Coppell, TX area or able to relocate within 4 weeks of offer.

    Position: Salesforce Development Manager

    Location: Hybrid in Coppell, TX (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

    Duration: Full-Time, Direct Hire

    Salary: ~$150,000-$170,000 - Flexibility for the right candidate, as this is an urgent need

    Requirements:

    • This is a very high-profile position. You must be able to work well under pressure, effectively manage direct reports, and communicate with high-level stakeholders.
    • At least 5+ years as a manager for Salesforce development teams at an *enterprise-level*.
    • Prior technical experience as an application developer/engineer in Salesforce.
    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
    • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, or similar.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
