About this Role:FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Senior HR Generalist for our San Jose CA, Sacramento CA, and Reno NV offices. this position is based in San Jose.
The Senior HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including enforcing company policies & practices, administering pay, benefits, & leave. The Sr. Generalist will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective & efficient operations of the human resource department. This position will be responsible for maintaining and improving HR programs & policies.?

This job operates in both office and field environments with occasional exposure to noise and other hazards. This job routinely uses standard office equipment. Occasionally spend time outside the office when meeting clients or need to check on vehicles.?

Compensation Range:The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $100,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
