Job summary
We are looking for a shop manager to join our team at Portland Glass in Farmington, ME.As a shop manager, you will be responsible for managing the retail store to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and resolving customer escalations in a professional and timely manner.
You will also be responsible for reading monthly financial statements and making improvements as needed.
A typical day in this role includes coaching and developing team members to ensure success in their respective roles,
- Purchasing inventory and products
- Ensuring all employees adhere to safety standards
