CSR's will report directly to the CSM.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Provide ongoing customer service and support to field office teams.
    • Review, correct, and verify data via various web portals and spreadsheets.
    • Update all of your work using an online database system.
    • Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle concerns, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
    • Remain Available to take incoming calls using Interaction Client at all times while at your workstation.
    • Make outbound calls in a call center environment.
    • Create and respond to emails and chats in a proper and professional manner. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive associate information.
    • Train others on taking calls.
    • Ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment
    • Remain Goal Oriented with have excellent time management skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Affinity towards computers, software, systems and technology
    • Intermediate skills and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
    • Ability to understand web-based systems
    • Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to type 25 WPM
    • Exceptional Customer Service and people skills
    • Professionalism when working in a corporate environment
    • Spanish speaking a plus
    Associate Requirements
    • HS Diploma or GED

    • Must be at least 18 years old
