- Several years of experience in HR management or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency with HR software and systems.
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
