Position Overview: We're currently seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role involves working within a school environment, delivering vital speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs. Whether you're an experienced SLP or a recent graduate, we invite you to apply and become part of our supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to pinpoint students' speech and language requirements.
Develop tailored education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals in collaboration with educators and parents.
Administer direct therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions and methodologies.
Collaborate with school staff to support students' academic and social progress.
Maintain precise documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.
Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
