    Mid-level Intelligence Management Specialist (Conference Center Support) - CENTCOM Location Florida, Tampa Department BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation is seeking aMid-level Intelligence Management Specialist (Conference Center Support) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

    Responsibilities:

    • The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines
    • Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities
    • Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
    • The Contractor shall conduct pre-event planning; support event execution to include furniture configuration changes and flag placement; administer calendar of events; maintain and operate audio visual and information technology-related systems; collect post-event feedback via survey; track room utilization for historical comparison and budget forecasting for the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Central (JIOCCENT) Conference Center
    • This task requires customer service support M-F, 06:00-16:30

    Required Experience:
    Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

    Desired Education :

    Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

    Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor's degree
