Job Summary
Hire train evaluate employees and manage entire staff Manage inventory and place orders to vendors Send out updates to employees and owners on a regular basis Hold bimonthly meetings for shift leaders assistant managers and owners for their respective store Create new schedules Collect new hire paperwork and be responsible for all employees understanding policies and procedures outlined in new hire paperwork and the employee manual Start maintain a training checklist for new employees communicate with shift leaders about skills strengths weaknesses that new employees possess Train shift leaders assistant managers in their new duties Establish lines of communication with customers shift leaders all employees Write up employees as needed coming up with a plan of action to solve problem behaviors giving recommendations if needed regarding termination Restock the register nightly for the correct change Take deposits to the bank several times a week maintain an accurate count of petty cash Lead the team making sure food is made accurately taken to customers in a timely manner Show exemplary knowledge of the job excellent customer service Deal with upset customersproblems with food in a polite way making sure the customer is happy Accept deliveries making sure that deliveries are complete correct or that refunds are issued Communicate with owners about the status of inventory whether everything arrived on time orders came complete correct whether any items in the store are running low Communicate with owners about employees strengths weaknesses dependability customer service etc Manage break schedule making sure employess arrive on time take appropriate breaks Lead management meetings wit your team Communicate wih owers about ne ideas i.e better methods improve efficiency safety ne recipe ideas etc Managem al interviewsevaluationsand training Memorize training material explain health benefits ingredients food upbeat informative manner Keep front lobby outside area clean Have excellent customereervice including being positive extremely politic informativto custermers ass well giving acurate waittimes Assist ring up guests answer phone calls take orders over phone Have thorough knowlegde foood recipes Must follow recieps makea llfood timley sanitary mannerr Prep foo according proper procedurs insure entires taff folloing proper procedurs recipes Continuously thoroughly clean kitchen lobby Put away deliveris keep everyting organized Washing dishes put away Communiate ith other staff ensue thatall ordres ar mad correctly timely carrty out foood custermrs Pitch work as teem Track foo quality Handle special circumstacns Communiate efectivly coworkers mangers ownes.
